Accountabilities
As an SEO Expert, you will own the development and execution of SEO strategies designed to increase organic visibility, improve rankings, and generate qualified traffic. You will manage technical, content, and off-page SEO initiatives while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives and target audiences.
- Define SEO goals, KPIs, and success metrics across websites, landing pages, content platforms, and digital campaigns.
- Conduct advanced keyword research using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Keyword Planner.
- Collaborate with content teams to optimize blogs, videos, podcasts, product pages, and other digital assets.
- Identify content gaps and recommend strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic reach.
- Perform on-page SEO improvements, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, URLs, and image optimization.
- Conduct technical SEO audits covering website architecture, crawlability, indexation, redirects, XML sitemaps, and Core Web Vitals.
- Partner with developers to implement technical improvements and resolve SEO-related issues.
- Build and execute white-hat link-building strategies to strengthen domain authority and backlink profiles.
- Manage local SEO initiatives, including Google Business Profiles, directory listings, and location-based optimization.
- Monitor SEO performance through Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and specialized SEO tools.
- Create regular reports highlighting performance trends, insights, and recommendations.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new opportunities for organic growth.

The ideal candidate is an experienced SEO professional with strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and a proven ability to improve organic performance. You should be comfortable managing end-to-end SEO initiatives, working with multiple stakeholders, and translating data insights into actionable strategies.
- 3-6+ years of experience in full-stack SEO, preferably managing SEO across multiple websites, industries, or brands.
- Strong expertise in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, GTmetrix, and similar SEO tools.
- Solid understanding of technical SEO principles, including website architecture, crawlability, indexation, and performance optimization.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS fundamentals, JavaScript SEO concepts, and CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or custom systems.
- Proven experience improving keyword rankings, organic traffic, and lead conversion performance.

- Experience with content SEO, schema markup, rich snippets, and search intent optimization.
