Key Responsibilities

Help shape and deliver the redevelopment of an established governance software product

Develop a detailed understanding of customer needs, pain points, and existing product limitations

Translate product strategy into clear, actionable requirements for engineering and design teams

Define, refine, and prioritise the product roadmap

Take a hands-on approach to backlog management and product delivery

Work closely with engineering teams to assess technical options, dependencies, and trade-offs

Collaborate with product designers and user researchers to create intuitive, user-centred experiences

Manage the product development lifecycle from discovery and concept through to delivery and release

Use customer research, data, and analytics to inform product decisions

Ensure requirements are clear, outcome-focused, and technically achievable

Support effective Agile delivery using Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies

Maintain clear product documentation and promote strong knowledge sharing

Communicate product priorities, decisions, and progress to stakeholders at all levels

Balance customer requirements, regulatory considerations, technical feasibility, and business objectives

Location: Remote - UK

Rate: £600 - £650 per day (INSIDE IR35)
