Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end growth funnel and drive acquisition strategy across the entire customer journey

Launch and validate new paid channels (LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, Search, communities, webinars, and more)

Design, test, and optimize funnels, offers, and landing page experiments to improve conversion

Analyze full-funnel economics (CAC, conversion, cohorts, revenue) and make weekly scale-or-kill decisions

Develop audience insights by combining data with customer research, sales calls, and market signals

Partner with Product Marketing, Paid Marketing, Analytics, Content, and Sales to bring new programs to sustainable growth
