Key Responsibilities
Design and implement AI agents capable of reasoning across multiple data modalities (images, video, documents, calls, sensor data, and policy knowledge)
Integrate and orchestrate LLMs and other AI models into production workflows for insurance claims processing
Build supporting infrastructure, tools, and services to ensure reliable, observable, and maintainable AI systems
Connect AI systems to customer APIs, operational data, and enterprise workflows for seamless integration
Develop evaluation frameworks and metrics to measure and improve AI performance based on real claims outcomes
Investigate and resolve production failures, iterating on system improvements with measurable business impact
