Role: Playwright Test Automation Engineer
Location: US Fully Remote
Perm salary: Up to 200,000$
Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain automated tests using Playwright and TypeScript.
- Create automated test cases covering UI, API, integration, and end-to-end functionality.
- Run automated tests as part of the CI/CD process and investigate any failures.
- Work with developers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
- Identify, log, and help resolve software defects throughout the development lifecycle.
- Develop and manage test data and supporting components required for automation.
- Improve existing automation by increasing coverage and reducing repetitive manual testing.
- Perform testing activities to support software releases, including smoke and regression testing.
- Monitor application behaviour and report any issues affecting functionality or reliability.
- Maintain automation documentation and contribute to improvements in testing practices and processes.
