About Us

React Native Mobile Application Developers at Green Pants Studio are expected to have production-grade experience in building cross-platform mobile applications for both iOS and Android. This role requires deep expertise in React Native, along with a strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, performance optimization, and integrating native modules when necessary. Developers will be expected to take ownership of the entire development lifecycle—designing, coding, testing, and deploying scalable mobile solutions. Effective collaboration with designers, backend developers, and product teams is crucial to ensure seamless functionality and an exceptional user experience. Strong problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality applications are key to success in this role. Most importantly, accountability and ownership are fundamental at Green Pants Studio, where developers take pride in building innovative and impactful mobile applications.

At Green Pants Studio, our standardized language is English, and it is crucial to have good English communication skills to be successful in your global role. All our external and cross-location communication is done in US English (en-us), but internally you can speak in whichever native language you most identify with.

Your Responsibility

• Assist in the development of responsive, high-quality, and interactive mobile applications using frameworks like React Native.
• Take ownership of front-end architecture, design decisions, and ensure the maintainability and scalability of the codebase.
• Write clean, maintainable code while following coding best practices and ensuring the stability of applications through unit and integration testing.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless interaction between front-end and back-end systems.
• Work closely with designers and product managers to create an optimal user experience and ensure the application meets design specifications.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Mentor and guide junior developers in coding standards, best practices, and contribute to their growth through code reviews and feedback.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies, applying them to improve development processes.
  
  

Skills & Qualification

• Strong knowledge and experience in React Native.
• Develop cross-platform application using React Native
• Knowledge on cross-platform application development and deployment.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Strong experience with version control tools such as Git.

• Compensation Range: $800 - $1300/Monthly based on experience and skill.
• The compensation is disbursed in USD. You have the option to receive your compensation in your international bank account.
