Job Description
About Atlys
Our mission is to enable every person on Earth to travel freely.
Travel should feel exciting. Instead, too much of it is still defined by paperwork, uncertainty, and processes that were never designed for travellers.
Atlys is changing that.
We’re building an AI-first platform that removes friction and uncertainty from travel. To date, we’ve processed visas for 1M+ travellers across 127 countries. But we’re still early.
The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a critical part of the Atlys product and turn complex travel workflows into simple, scalable experiences.
You’ll define the product direction, understand where users struggle, make the right trade-offs and work closely with Engineering, Design and other teams to ship products that improve conversion, reliability and customer experience.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who can operate across strategy and execution, navigate ambiguity, and build products that work across markets, edge cases and rapidly changing requirements.

- Drive growth and conversion through experimentation, funnel optimisation and product improvements across acquisition, onboarding and core journeys.
- Build products that scale globally by accounting for different destinations, requirements, compliance constraints and operational edge cases.
- Lead cross-functional execution by partnering closely with Engineering, Design and other teams to define scope, make trade-offs and ship high-quality products quickly.
You’ll Likely Thrive In This Role If You
- Have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer technology, fintech, travel, mobility or another complex product environment.
- Have strong product judgment and a track record of owning meaningful product areas and improving core user journeys.
- Are highly analytical and comfortable using data, experimentation and customer insights to make product decisions.
- Can simplify complex workflows, edge cases and operational constraints into clear and intuitive product experiences.
- Have strong ownership, prioritisation and execution skills, and can work effectively with Engineering, Design and cross-functional stakeholders.
