Key Highlights

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the group-wide digital transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives

Lead AI/ML, data analytics, and intelligent automation initiatives to optimize processes and efficiency

Oversee ERP/CRM/MES integration, SAP Business One rollout, and system standardization across sites

Develop data governance frameworks and platform strategies to maximize enterprise data value

Collaborate with supply chain and operations to implement Industry 4.0, IoT, and smart factory solutions

Establish cybersecurity and IT governance models for the multi-company group

Coordinate internal teams, technology partners, and vendors to drive organizational change
