We’re looking for a motivated, analytical, and customer-focused Product Owner to help define product priorities, manage the product backlog, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable product experiences. 🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, goals, and priorities in alignment with business objectives
- Gather and analyze customer, user, and business requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand user needs, business challenges, and product opportunities
- Create, manage, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer impact
- Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, Data, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer needs, business value, and technical considerations
- Work with development teams to clarify requirements and ensure successful product delivery
- Review completed features and validate that deliverables meet defined requirements and acceptance criteria
- Monitor product performance, user feedback, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to identify product improvement opportunities
- Support product launches and communicate product updates to relevant stakeholders
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve product functionality, usability, and overall customer experience
- Maintain clear and organized product documentation and roadmap information

✅ Requirements
- Entry-Level / Junior candidates are welcome to apply
- 0–3+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, project coordination, or a related field; internships included
- Strong understanding of customer needs and business requirements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms is a plus
- Basic understanding of software development and technical concepts is a plus
- Familiarity with product analytics, KPIs, and user behavior analysis is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with distributed teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Based in Malaysia with legal authorization to work full-time
- Able to work effectively in a fully remote environment
