We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Business Analyst to help bridge the gap between business needs and effective solutions. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and working with cross-functional teams in a fully remote work environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Work closely with business teams, project managers, product teams, and technical teams to understand business needs
• Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
• Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and provide actionable insights
• Create business process documentation, workflow diagrams, reports, and presentations
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions with stakeholders to clarify requirements and expectations
• Support project planning, implementation, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Identify business problems, risks, dependencies, and potential solutions
• Monitor project and business outcomes to ensure solutions meet defined objectives

• Assist with change management and support the adoption of new processes or systems
• Prepare regular reports and communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Maintain clear and organized documentation of business requirements, processes, and project decisions

✅ Requirements

• Entry-Level / Junior candidates are welcome to apply
• 0–3+ years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, operations, consulting, or a related field; internships included
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to gather, analyze, and clearly document business requirements
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable requirements
• Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques is a plus
• Knowledge of process mapping, workflow analysis, or requirements gathering is a plus
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms is a plus
