Key Highlights
Own end-to-end data/ML pipelines for fraud, KYC, and AML decisioning with real-time and batch processing
Set technical direction for feature platforms, model serving, and fraud-specific ML challenges (e.g., adversarial drift, label latency)
Build and harden high-volume, low-latency systems with GCP/AWS, Kubernetes, and distributed processing frameworks
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain streaming (Pub/Sub, Beam/Dataflow, Flink) and batch (Spark, Airflow) pipelines for device telemetry, transactions, KYC signals, and third-party enrichment
Build and evolve a unified feature platform with cross-framework consistency (Flink/Spark) and sub-second latency constraints for fraud/rules engines
Productionize fraud/identity ML models (XGBoost, LightGBM, scikit-learn) with automated retraining, champion/challenger promotion, and drift monitoring
Engineer KYC/AML signals from multi-vendor, multi-jurisdictional data (sanctions, PEP, adverse media, synthetic identity indicators)
Develop entity resolution and graph data models linking customers, devices, and financial assets across clients
Implement data governance for PII, encryption, regional residency, and auditability in compliance with regulated environments
Mentor engineers/data scientists, write design docs, and guide architectural decisions for scaling fraud ML capabilities
