Job Description

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role

Provide technical support to customers worldwide via phone and email.
Troubleshoot networking and security issues while delivering excellent customer experience.
Log, investigate, and resolve incidents, manage vendor escalations, and coordinate hardware replacements.
Work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to drive issues to resolution.
Operate within a 24/7 continental shift pattern, with 12-hour shifts organized in four-day blocks (2 day, 2 night), followed by 4 consecutive days off.
