The Role
- Provide technical support to customers worldwide via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot networking and security issues while delivering excellent customer experience.
- Log, investigate, and resolve incidents, manage vendor escalations, and coordinate hardware replacements.
- Work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to drive issues to resolution.
- Operate within a 24/7 continental shift pattern, with 12-hour shifts organized in four-day blocks (2 day, 2 night), followed by 4 consecutive days off.

- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, network topologies, common protocols).

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Polish.
