Responsibilities
- Assisting in the creation and documentation of product requirements for AI training tasks, including prompt crafting, response evaluation, and data annotation guidelines.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute data collection and labeling initiatives, ensuring timelines and quality targets are met.
- Monitoring project performance using analytics tools, tracking key metrics, and generating reports for stakeholders.
- Supporting the onboarding and training of new contributors on platform tools and best practices.
- Identifying bottlenecks in workflows and proposing solutions to enhance efficiency and output quality.
- Collaborating with the engineering team to test new features, provide feedback, and prioritize bug fixes.
