Key Responsibilities
Maintain data integrity across Ashby and recruiting tools, auditing regularly to ensure accuracy
Track interview feedback completion and follow up to meet SLAs for hiring timelines
Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling, logistics, and candidate experience for high-volume roles across time zones
Manage travel, expenses, room setup, and technical support for interviews
Serve as the primary candidate contact from initial screening through offer stage
Monitor interviewer availability, flag scheduling conflicts, and optimize hiring velocity
Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, interview-to-offer ratio, source effectiveness) and propose improvements
Contribute to broader recruiting initiatives like employer branding and onboarding improvements
Keep recruiting documentation and Slack channels up to date
