Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide 24x7 production support for critical banking applications.
- Analyze application and database performance and recommend performance improvements.
- Build and enhance proactive monitoring and alerting solutions.
- Respond to production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure security, privacy, and compliance standards are maintained.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps (Repositories, Code Reviews, Deployments, CI/CD)
- Experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain
- Hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x) and TIBCO EMS
- Experience with Git, Maven, Ansible
- Strong knowledge of Grafana, Kibana, and Prometheus
- Experience with automated deployments across containerized and non-containerized platforms
- Strong scripting skills using Bash/Unix
- Good knowledge of relational databases (Oracle is a plus)
- Understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to participate in an on-call/standby support rotation
