The role

This company builds the orchestration layer for global supply chains. They're tackling one of the hardest problems in enterprise software: coordinating work across hundreds of suppliers, factories, and logistics partners, often through legacy systems and email. This isn't a small-scale problem; they're already running contracts with significant ACV, directly with the C-suite at Fortune 250 manufacturers. All this with a team of just eight people, backed by leading investors and prominent founders.

You'll be one of the first Product Engineers in their new London office, joining a team of eight to build the application layer around their AI core. This is a 0-to-1 build: you'll own product surfaces end-to-end, from blank page to the interfaces used daily by planners at major global companies. This role is about building the product, not researching ML models. It's for someone who wants to ship, not just spec.

The work

  • Design, build, and own product surfaces end-to-end, from initial concept to daily use by enterprise customers.
  • Integrate with complex, often messy, enterprise systems (ERPs, TMS, supplier portals) that lack clean APIs.
  • Make critical product decisions: define what gets built, what gets cut, and what's shippable this week.
  • Work across the full application stack, from API design and data modeling to the user interfaces.
  • Translate complex supply chain problems into intuitive, high-impact product features.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of full-time, hands-on product engineering experience in a product-led startup environment.
  • Proven ability to own features from a blank page to production, without needing detailed specs.
  • Comfort across the full application stack: API design, data modeling, and front-end interfaces.
  • Experience integrating with legacy enterprise systems that may not offer clean APIs.
  • You've founded something yourself, or consistently operated with that level of ownership and autonomy.
  • Based in the UK, Germany, or France and ready to relocate to London. Sponsorship is available.
