Accountabilities
As a Partnerships Business Analyst, you will support the management and growth of technology partnerships by coordinating integration activities, maintaining operational processes, and ensuring strong communication between internal teams and external partners. You will play a key role in keeping partnership initiatives organized, measurable, and aligned with business priorities.
- Support partner outreach and early-stage relationship development, including identifying potential integration partners and key contacts.
- Track partnership initiatives from initial interest through certification, onboarding, launch, and ongoing maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of partner commitments, integration progress, renewal timelines, contracts, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partner contacts, ensuring requests, updates, and priorities are routed effectively.
- Support contract management processes by tracking legal reviews, approvals, execution status, and outstanding actions.
- Maintain partner documentation, contact directories, escalation paths, and operational resources.
- Assist product leadership with organizing partnership priorities, roadmap initiatives, and integration opportunities.
- Monitor partnership pipeline health and provide reporting on integration status and partner performance.

- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in business analysis, project coordination, operations, partnerships, account management, or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving product, engineering, legal, support, or external stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective professional relationships.
- Comfortable with outbound communication, scheduling, partner outreach, and relationship-building activities.
