The Role
- Develop responsive, accessible pages, templates, and UI components using modern web technologies
- Implement interactive elements and client-side logic to support user workflows
- Translate UX designs into production-ready code, ensuring Section 508/WCAG accessibility compliance
- Support component library development and maintain consistent design patterns
- Collaborate with backend engineers for API integration and dynamic content
- Optimize front-end performance, troubleshoot UI issues, and participate in Agile ceremonies
