- The client is seeking a Manager - HR Technology to oversee the daily operation, configuration, administration, and optimization of HR technology systems, with primary responsibility for Workday HCM.
- This leader will ensure the integrity, security, reliability, and availability of workforce data supporting clinical and non-clinical staff; lead a team of HR technology professionals; and drive system enhancements.
- The role delivers analytics supporting compliance, workforce planning, and strategic decision-making and partners across HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders in a complex 24/7 workforce environment.

Responsibilities:
- Use project management practices to lead HRIS implementations, Workday module enhancements, releases, upgrades, patches, testing, and vendor activities.
- Oversee daily Workday HCM operations, including business process frameworks, organizations, security roles, user access, data structures, workflows, and integrations.
- Configure and administer Workday Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Learning, and Recruiting workstreams.
- Review, design, test, implement, and maintain assigned Workday modules; lead user acceptance testing and serve as the primary subject matter expert.
- Develop and configure Workday functionality to meet business needs while following documented standard operating procedures.
- Ensure system reliability and alignment with operational requirements, including support for a 24/7 workforce environment.
- Serve as the technical liaison among HR functional teams, IT, vendors, and stakeholders for planning, problem resolution, process improvement, and reporting.
- Establish and maintain documented controls, audit scripts, procedures, and data-quality processes; investigate and resolve identified data issues.
- Develop, run, and analyze complex Workday reports, queries, workforce analytics, and executive dashboards to support compliance and business decisions.
- Create user procedures, guidelines, system documentation, end-user training materials, and communications for designated HRIS modules.
- Lead, coach, and develop HR technology team members while managing priorities, service delivery, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least three (3) years of experience supporting Workday HCM, HRIS, HR data analytics, and/or system administration.
- At least one (1) year of supervisory or people-management experience.
- Hands-on Workday experience in one or more of the following areas: Benefits, Core HR/HCM, Integrations, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, Compensation, or Advanced Reporting.
- Demonstrated experience with Workday configuration, business processes, security, upgrades, user acceptance testing, reporting, dashboards, and data-integrity controls.
- Strong project management, cross-functional communication, problem-solving, documentation, and vendor/stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Miramar, Florida.
