Key Responsibilities

Partner with Client Operations, Customer Success, and Support to understand workflows and identify operational challenges

Gather, document, and own business requirements from discovery through implementation

Perform light system administration and configuration within Salesforce including reports, dashboards, workflows, and field updates

Collaborate with AI and technical specialists to determine effective solutions through system enhancements, automation, or AI-powered capabilities

Manage and prioritize roadmap for operational tools beyond Salesforce ensuring continuous improvements

Lead project coordination by managing timelines, communicating progress, identifying risks, and maintaining alignment across cross-functional teams

Support user adoption by creating system documentation, delivering training, and promoting best practices

Continuously evaluate business processes and proactively identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and operational transformation
