Mobile Developer (Android/iOS)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Desenvolvedor de Sistemas Mobile based in Brazil.

This role is focused on building and enhancing mobile solutions that deliver meaningful digital experiences for users.

You will contribute to the development and maintenance of applications for Android and iOS platforms, transforming business requirements into reliable and scalable products.

Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms, ensuring performance, usability, and scalability.
• Build new features based on business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Support and improve existing application functionalities, identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Investigate technical issues proactively, evaluating possible solutions and considering impacts, benefits, and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Contribute to application quality through testing practices, code versioning, and development best practices.
• Work with APIs, design systems, and front-end technologies to create consistent and efficient user experiences.
• Support application releases, distribution processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.

• Professional experience in software development, with experience building mobile applications.
• Strong knowledge of technologies including Angular, Cordova, Ionic, Capacitor, JavaScript, TypeScript, Jasmine/Karma, RxJS, Storybook, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with mobile application development, front-end development, design systems, unit testing, Git, Android Studio, and REST APIs.
• Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, analyze problems, and propose solutions independently.
• Knowledge of mobile development best practices and software engineering principles.
• Familiarity with the following technologies is considered a plus: React Native, Java, Kotlin, Swift, Objective-C, Flutter, Node.js, Firebase, Xcode, Google Analytics, Jira, Confluence, CI/CD automation, and Command Line Interface (CLI).
• Experience with mobile app version generation, distribution, and publishing processes for Google Play Store and Apple App Store is a differentiator.
