Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines using GitLab to streamline application deployment and delivery
Support the migration of legacy repositories and development workflows from BitBucket to GitLab
Provision, deploy, and manage infrastructure across AWS GovCloud, hybrid cloud, edge, and government network environments using Terraform and Ansible
Manage Kubernetes clusters, containerized workloads, and Helm charts to ensure scalable, resilient, and highly available platform services
Implement automated backup, disaster recovery, and resilience testing processes for container orchestration environments
Integrate automated security scanning, compliance validation, and Authority to Operate (ATO) support into the software delivery pipeline
Develop automated hardening processes for Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems and execute security compliance activities including STIG implementation
Build monitoring, logging, alerting, and reporting capabilities while managing secrets, encryption keys, and secure identity integrations
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and government stakeholders to continuously improve platform performance, security, and operational efficiency
