Accountabilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, scenarios, scripts, and test cases to validate application quality and performance.
- Perform functional and non-functional testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Test healthcare applications, including administrative and clinical information systems, to validate workflows, configurations, and user experiences.
- Validate business processes, data integrity, application behavior, and system integrations throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, and other quality assurance activities.
- Identify, document, track, and communicate defects while collaborating with project teams to support timely resolution.
- Test authentication and identity management solutions, including OpenID Connect (OIDC) workflows across desktop and mobile platforms.
- Validate application configurations, security workflows, and data exchanges to ensure reliable system operation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, technical teams, and project resources to align testing activities with project objectives.
- Maintain clear testing documentation and provide project examples demonstrating QA expertise and successful delivery outcomes.

- Degree or diploma in Software Quality Assurance, Computer Science, Application Development, or a related field (proof required).
- 5+ years of experience developing and executing test scenarios, test scripts, and test cases within project environments.
- 5+ years of quality assurance experience in healthcare environments, including testing administrative and/or clinical information systems.
- 3+ years of experience testing healthcare software solutions, including business process validation and data integrity testing.
- 3+ years of experience working as a Quality Assurance Analyst within healthcare technology environments.
- 3+ years of experience testing OpenID Connect (OIDC) authentication workflows, including desktop and mobile validation.
- Strong understanding of functional and non-functional testing methodologies.
- Experience validating application configurations, authentication processes, integrations, and data accuracy.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills with the ability to investigate complex issues.
- Ability to manage multiple testing activities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to provide relevant project examples demonstrating healthcare QA and authentication testing experience.
- Must be available to work full-time remotely from within Canada for the duration of the contract.
