Key Responsibilities
Lead technical discovery with prospective clients, developing a clear understanding of their objectives and how the platform can address them.
Translate complex or ambiguous problems into well-specified simulation designs that can be configured and delivered.
Prepare and present demonstrations and proofs of concept for senior stakeholders, including Innovation and AI executives, CMOs, and C-suite equivalents.
Partner with the commercial team throughout the sales process, serving as the technical point of contact and addressing questions on capability, feasibility, and approach.
Support the transition from sale to delivery, working alongside the deployment team to ensure scoped solutions are implemented as intended.
Serve as a feedback channel into product and engineering, communicating client needs and informing platform priorities.
Communicate complex, data-heavy findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
