Schedule: 5 days onsite

Compensation: $150 - 250k Base + Bonus + Equity + Stellar Benefits

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across a diverse portfolio of business, technical, and customer-facing roles.
• Partner closely with senior leaders to develop strategic hiring plans that align with evolving business priorities.
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, and networking.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while driving an efficient, high-touch interview process.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on interviewing, talent assessment, and hiring decisions.
• Analyze recruiting metrics to improve hiring efficiency, quality, and overall recruiting performance.
• Help build scalable recruiting processes, systems, and best practices that support rapid organizational growth.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives that attract top talent in highly competitive markets.

What We're Looking For

• Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting in high-growth technology companies.
• Experience hiring across both technical and business functions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and hiring decisions.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to optimize performance.
• Passion for building scalable recruiting programs and improving operational excellence.
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments is highly preferred.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
