About the Role

Super Hire is partnering with its client to recruit an experienced and strategic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the organization's people strategy and human resources function.

The CHRO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, partnering with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational growth, employee engagement, talent development, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for an accomplished HR executive with experience leading enterprise-wide people initiatives in a dynamic and evolving business environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the organization's human resources strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with executive leadership to drive workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management initiatives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and best practices across the employee lifecycle.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, succession planning, and leadership development programs.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and HR regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant leadership experience in senior HR roles.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing enterprise-level HR strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws, HR compliance, employee relations, and performance management practices.
  • Experience leading talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and HR technology platforms such as Workday, BambooHR, ADP, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and manage multiple strategic initiatives.
  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or other relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
  • Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
