Senior AI/ML Engineer, Agent Workflows
Compensation: Up to $250,000 Base + equity
Location: Fully remote within the U.S. with some travel for team collaboration

This Senior AI Engineer will help evolve an existing AI assistant into a production-grade agentic workflow platform. You will build tool-using, multi-step AI systems that automate real customer workflows and integrate directly into the company’s core product.
What You’ll Do
- Build production agent workflows and AI automation features
- Implement tool calling, orchestration, and multi-step reasoning
- Connect AI capabilities into existing platform workflows
- Translate customer problems into scalable agentic solutions
- Own ambiguous, zero-to-one projects from concept to production
- Ship reliable features, not just prototypes
