Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Integration Engineers, providing coaching, direction, and performance management

Architect and oversee enterprise API strategies and integration solutions across multiple business domains

Own the quality, delivery, and operational stability of system integrations

Design scalable integration patterns that align with enterprise architecture and security standards

Partner with Architecture, Security, Compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure integration solutions meet business and regulatory requirements

Manage enterprise data integration points and ensure effective data flow across applications and platforms

Audit existing integrations and identify opportunities to streamline, consolidate, or eliminate unnecessary data exchanges

Provide architectural oversight for enterprise data movement, orchestration, and system interoperability

Technical Skills Required
