We are currently looking for an IT Recruiter to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team!
What will you do?
Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT positions, from sourcing and selection to interviews, negotiation, and hiring
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand technical needs and requirements
Use various sourcing techniques across LATAM, including social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top candidates
Work independently to meet hiring goals and deadlines
Provide updates to Hiring Managers on the progress of recruitment processes, and offer guidance and support to candidates throughout the selection process
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes
What do you need?
At least 4 years of proven experience as an IT Recruiter
Experience sourcing candidates across Latin America using various tools and strategies
In-depth knowledge of IT functions and the technical skills required for various positions
Experience conducting interviews in English (validating technical skills and soft skills)
