Job Description
Position Summary
This position is a technical role responsible for evaluating, designing, implementing, and supporting IT security solutions for enterprise clients. Through strengthening network and server security, planning and launching new services, and handling technical issues, the role contributes to building a secure and efficient IT environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct security assessments for key enterprise clients and design optimal security systems and operational processes.
- Build, maintain, and upgrade technologies such as log analysis, endpoint security, and network security.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to plan and implement new products and services.
- Perform remote and on-site troubleshooting for servers, PCs, networks, and telephony equipment.
- Provide operational support for client hardware and software environments.
- Carry out installation and technical support at client sites (business travel required).
- Create and manage work records and configuration reports.
- Report project progress and troubleshooting status.
- Document and archive solutions and countermeasures for future reference.
- Controls project management for both pre-sales and post-sales.
- Manage and coordinate projects, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Conduct product research, market trend analysis, and evaluate new technologies.
- Prepare proposals, reports, and presentation materials; deliver presentations to clients.
- Draft operational and procedural manuals to improve efficiency.
