Key Highlights

Lead end-to-end cloud migrations across AWS GovCloud and Azure Government platforms

Own Microsoft Fabric platform capabilities and data quality/compliance frameworks

Support security and compliance aligned with NIST 800-171, DFARS, CUI, ITAR/EAR

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end migration of data workloads across cloud environments including AWS GovCloud and Azure Government platforms

Design, develop, and maintain scalable ELT/ETL pipelines using modern orchestration and transformation technologies

Manage cloud data services including storage, processing, identity, monitoring, and infrastructure resources

Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation

Establish and enforce DataOps best practices including source control, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and operational monitoring

Own Microsoft Fabric platform capabilities including OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory, Notebooks, workspace governance, and security configuration

Develop enterprise data architectures including lakehouse, warehouse, semantic models, and data mesh approaches

Implement data quality, governance, metadata management, and lineage practices

Support security and compliance initiatives maintaining controls aligned with NIST 800-171, DFARS, CUI, ITAR/EAR

Provide advanced troubleshooting, incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement recommendations

Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, runbooks, and governance materials

Partner with data analysts, engineers, cybersecurity teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions
