Data Analyst - Product & Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Data Analyst based in the United States.

This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven professional to transform complex operational data into actionable insights that improve product performance, reliability, and user experience. In this role, you will collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams to identify trends, optimize processes, and support strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in building scalable analytics solutions, developing dashboards, and defining performance metrics that influence business outcomes. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, communicating insights clearly, and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement.

Accountabilities

• Analyze operational and product data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and alerts that enable teams to make informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with operations, product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to solve complex data challenges and improve operational performance.
• Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics aligned with business objectives.
• Translate complex datasets into clear insights, recommendations, and actionable strategies for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Apply analytical techniques to evaluate performance patterns, conduct trend analysis, and support data-driven initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting and analytics solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics processes, tools, and methodologies.
  
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, operations analytics, strategy, business intelligence, or related fields.
• Strong SQL skills with experience extracting, transforming, and analyzing complex datasets.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or similar analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques, including hypothesis testing, trend analysis, and data interpretation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations to diverse audiences.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
