We're looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to build intelligent automation systems and AI agents that power real products for our clients. You'll work across the full stack of modern AI engineering — designing agentic workflows, building multi-step AI agents, and wiring them into production systems that businesses depend on every day.
This is a remote role for someone who loves building, ships fast, and stays current with the rapidly moving AI landscape.
What You'll Do
Design and build AI agents using frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, and similar
Architect agentic AI workflows — multi-step, tool-using agents that can reason, act, and self-correct
Build and maintain automation workflows (n8n, Make, GHL, or custom pipelines)
Integrate LLMs (Claude, GPT, and others) into real applications via APIs
Connect AI systems to CRMs, databases, webhooks, and third-party APIs
Write clean, reliable, production-grade code and debug live systems
Collaborate directly with the team to turn ideas into working products quickly

What We're Looking For
Proven experience building AI agents and agentic workflows (please share examples)
Hands-on experience with LangGraph and/or similar agent frameworks
Strong background in automation workflows and system integration
Solid Python skills (Node.js a plus)
Experience working with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and tool/function calling
Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and connecting multiple systems together
Self-driven, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote team
Good written English for team communication
