Website Developer (WordPress & Webflow)

We're hiring a Website Developer with deep, hands-on expertise in WordPress and Webflow. These two platforms are the core of this role.

You'll build and maintain client sites on both, working independently on live projects. We don't hire drag-and-drop developers. We hire people who can build from scratch, write custom code when a platform won't do what the design needs, and deliver a site that matches the brief exactly.

●      Build and maintain client websites in WordPress, Webflow and Shopify

●      Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch

●      Build Webflow sites with CMS collections, custom interactions and animations

●      Convert Figma and Adobe XD designs into responsive, pixel-accurate sites

●      Implement custom layouts, interactions and animations

●      Write clean, scalable code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP

●      Extend platforms with custom code where their native tools fall short

●      Optimise sites for speed, SEO and usability

●      Troubleshoot live sites — plugin conflicts, performance issues, cross-browser bugs

●      Recover hacked websites and harden them at server and application level

●      Migrate sites between platforms where needed

●      Communicate progress clearly during shift hours

●      Minimum 3 years of professional website development experience

●      You must have built at least 20 websites. Applications from developers with fewer completed sites will not be considered.

●      Strong command of WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS

●      Deep WordPress knowledge — custom themes, custom plugins, ACF, hooks and filters

●      Deep Webflow knowledge — CMS collections, custom interactions, animations, custom code embeds

●      Proven track record of building from scratch, not assembling pre-made themes or templates

●      Ability to build from Figma or Adobe XD designs

●      Hands-on experience recovering hacked websites and implementing website security

●      Quick learner, able to adapt to new tools and workflows

●      Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication

●      Ability to work the full 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift consistently

●      Fluent English, both written and spoken

●      Portfolio with live URLs showing both WordPress and Webflow work

Shortlisted candidates must bring their top 5 projects to the interview and be ready to walk through them — your role on each, the problems you solved, and the results. Live URLs only. At least two must be Webflow builds.

●      You don't have a portfolio with live WordPress and Webflow projects

●      You're a student, currently doing your degree, or looking for an internship

●      Your WordPress experience is limited to drag-and-drop builders

●      You can't build a site without a pre-made theme or template

●      You are not comfortable using Hubstaff for time tracking during working hours

●      You have unreliable electricity or frequent load shedding without a backup (UPS, solar, or generator)

●      You do not have a stable, high-speed internet connection with a backup option

●      You cannot commit to the 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift

● Do not apply if you don't have hands-on, proven experience in both WordPress and Webflow.

Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (PKT), Monday to Friday

Saturdays: Rotating — 2 Saturdays off, 2 Saturdays working per month

Salary: PKR 70,000 – 80,000 per month
