Are you an experienced recruiting professional who loves sourcing top talent and creating an exceptional candidate experience? Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer & Interview Coordinator to support their Talent Acquisition team on a temporary three-month basis. This is a fully remote opportunity where you'll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to help drive hiring success.


What You'll Do

🔍 Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct candidate outreach campaigns and engage prospective talent.
  • Perform resume reviews and market research.
  • Maintain candidate activity and pipeline information within the ATS.

đź“… Interview Coordination

  • Schedule interviews across multiple hiring managers and time zones.
  • Coordinate interview panels, assessments, and debrief meetings.
  • Prepare interview schedules, candidate packets, and interview guides.
  • Ensure interviewers are prepared and have the information they need.
  • Track interview feedback and support recruiter follow-up.
  • Coordinate candidate logistics when needed.
  • Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience through timely communication.

⚙️ Recruiting Operations

  • Support recruiters with requisition management and interview workflows.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS.
  • Ensure compliance with recruiting processes and documentation.

🤝 Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to support hiring goals.
  • Help maintain hiring momentum by providing scheduling support and identifying process bottlenecks.
  • Support Talent Acquisition initiatives focused on improving recruiting efficiency and the candidate experience.


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of recruiting, sourcing, talent coordination, or HR experience
  • Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms
  • Experience coordinating interviews across multiple stakeholders and calendars
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Corporate Talent Acquisition experience
  • Experience supporting high-volume recruiting or multiple business functions
  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices and candidate engagement strategies
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, Workday, Greenhouse, or similar ATS platforms
