Job Description
You Ran a PT Clinic. Now Help 50 Owners Build Better Ones.
You know what it feels like to run a clinic, manage a team, solve problems all day, and still feel like everything depends on you.
Now, you can use that experience to help other Physical Therapy clinic owners build stronger businesses, lead better teams, and create more freedom outside of patient care.
The Clinic Director position is a high-level Client Success Manager role focused on coaching, accountability, relationship management, and helping PT clinic owners move from ideas into action.
You will work directly with approximately 50 clinic owners across the country. You will help them identify what is holding their business back, decide what needs to happen next, connect them with the right Rehab CEOs support, and follow through until progress is made.
This is an opportunity to use your experience in the Physical Therapy industry to make an impact beyond patient care.
Rehab CEOs is a business coaching and consulting company built specifically for Physical Therapy clinic owners.
We help owners improve their leadership, marketing, hiring, systems, operations, and profitability so they can build stronger businesses that do not depend on them doing everything themselves.
Our clients have access to:
- Business coaching and accountability
- Marketing strategy
- Hiring support
- Media buying
- SEO
- Systems and operations training
- Leadership development
- Business frameworks designed specifically for PT practices
Our team understands patient care, staffing, leadership, cash flow, and practice ownership because we have worked inside the industry.
We are a growing, close-knit team that cares about doing great work, producing results, and supporting the clients and people around us.
As a Client Success Manager, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 50 Physical Therapy clinic owners and serve as their primary point of contact throughout their experience with Rehab CEOs.
Your job is to understand where each client is now, where they want to go, what is getting in their way, and what support will help them make progress.
You will review their goals, numbers, challenges, and implementation. From there, you will help them decide on the next best step and make sure that step gets completed.
That may include:
- Guiding a client through a Rehab CEOs coaching program
- Helping them implement a hiring, leadership, or operational system
- Reviewing whether their marketing strategy is producing results
- Connecting them with our coaching, hiring, media buying, or SEO teams
- Turning large business goals into clear, manageable action steps
- Holding clients accountable to the commitments they have made
- Recognizing when a client needs additional support
- Helping clients renew or move into a program that fits their next stage of growth
