Establish performance metrics, reporting frameworks, and operational improvements to enhance talent outcomes

Collaborate with Marketing and other teams to strengthen employer branding and attract high-quality independent professionals

Manage department budgets, investment decisions, and long-term operating plans aligned with organizational priorities

Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and technology adoption to support scalable growth
