Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies for complex and high-impact roles

Manage multiple open roles simultaneously across creative, project management, and user-generated content functions

Own full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviews, candidate evaluation, stakeholder alignment, and offer management

Build strong relationships with senior hiring managers and leadership teams as a trusted talent advisor

Lead offer discussions independently including negotiations for senior individual contributor and team lead positions

Provide guidance on candidate seniority, leveling decisions, and overall fit based on business needs

Develop and improve recruiting processes, frameworks, and playbooks to support company growth

Mentor junior recruiters by sharing best practices, providing coaching, and supporting professional development
