Key Responsibilities

Execute implementation, commissioning, testing, and start-up activities at customer manufacturing facilities

Validate industrial connectivity, communication systems, signals, and data availability required for software deployment

Support configuration reviews, operational validation, and deployment of industrial optimization solutions

Gather operational requirements, identify technical challenges, and translate plant needs into actionable implementation plans

Coordinate functional and technical testing with automation, maintenance, IT/OT, and engineering stakeholders

Document project progress, configuration updates, technical issues, and implementation milestones

Collect operational data, system logs, technical evidence, and customer feedback to support troubleshooting and continuous improvement

Partner with Project Managers to coordinate activities, manage risks, and ensure successful project execution

Support customer training, knowledge transfer, and adoption of implemented solutions

Share lessons learned and contribute to improving implementation methodologies and engineering practices
