Lead, mentor, and grow multidisciplinary teams of AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Product Managers while fostering an inclusive, high-performing engineering culture.

Oversee the design and deployment of production-grade AI models, intelligent automation, forecasting engines, and data pipelines that streamline workflows and eliminate operational bottlenecks.

Establish rigorous quality standards, governance frameworks, and validation processes to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and trustworthiness of AI-driven insights and recommendations.

Partner closely with executive stakeholders across engineering, product, revenue operations, and business functions to align AI initiatives with strategic priorities and enterprise objectives.

Drive the implementation of scalable data architectures, standardized metrics, self-service analytics, and AI-enabled decision-making capabilities across the organization.

Champion a customer-focused, innovation-driven culture by encouraging continuous learning, cross-functional collaboration, and long-term technology leadership.
