Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with researchers, AI engineers, and product engineers on complex customer projects, integrating cutting-edge AI models into clients' software products
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust full-stack applications, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems
Build GenAI applications, interfaces, APIs, dashboards, and workflow tools tailored to the needs of critical infrastructure, sovereign institutions, and highly regulated organizations
Work directly with customers to understand their workflows, technical constraints, security requirements, and strategic objectives
Ensure solutions are designed with strong attention to security, reliability, performance, maintainability, and compliance
Collaborate with product and science teams to continuously improve product and model capabilities based on customer feedback

Contributed to open-source projects or libraries
Experience as a Customer Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Product Manager
Experience working with critical infrastructure, government, defense, financial services, healthcare, energy, telecommunications, or other regulated sectors
Familiarity with security-sensitive environments, including on-prem deployments, private cloud, data residency, access control, auditability, and compliance constraints
Experience building AI-powered products or internal tools for enterprise customers
