Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Integration Engineers through coaching, performance management, and technical leadership

Own the end-to-end delivery, quality, and operational stability of enterprise integrations

Architect and orchestrate APIs across multiple enterprise systems

Design scalable integration solutions that align with enterprise architecture and security standards

Manage data integration points and ensure reliable data movement between applications and platforms

Establish API governance, standards, and best practices

Collaborate with Architecture, Security, Compliance, Data Engineering, and business teams to deliver integration solutions

Provide architectural oversight of enterprise data movement and system integration patterns

Drive adoption of cloud-based integration technologies and modern integration frameworks
