Sales Development Representative in UNITED KINGDOM

Are you a driven and curious SaaS BDR with 1-2 years of experience? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a knack for achieving quotas and delivering results? If so, we want to hear from you!


Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: London (in-office 3 days a week after ramp-up)

Salary: £32-40k base / £46-57k OTE (uncapped)


What You'll Do:


- Prospect and generate leads in the UK, with the potential to expand into Europe (France) and the Nordics post-funding

- Achieve a quota of 8 SQLs per month

- Work closely with a small, dynamic team (currently 5 members)


Requirements:


- 1-2 years of SaaS BDR experience

- Proven track record of process adherence, quota achievement, and delivering results

- Experience in mid-market is preferred; enterprise experience is a plus but not mandatory

- Multilingual skills are a bonus, with a preference for French speakers


Career Path:

You could advance to Team Lead, BDM, or Junior AE based on your performance within 9-18 months.
