Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes

Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management on cloud platforms using Terraform and Ansible

Identify and automate manual processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors

Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting tools for system performance and availability

Provide 24/7 on-call support via rotations

Collaborate with development, QA, Application Security, Governance, and IT teams

Implement containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes orchestration

Perform system enhancements including module development, testing, and feature estimation

Analyze user requests and determine scope, time estimates, and system impacts

Draft technical documentation for systems, end users, and operational purposes

Serve as technical resource for management, associates, and business units

Job Description

This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following locations: NC, TX, AZ, GAThis position is responsible for all phases of data processing system projects, from requirements definition to installation. Leads technical efforts in the development, implementation, and maintenance of complex systems. Develops test plans, software, and procedures that improve processing capabilities. Supports productions systems by resolving complicated issues and ensuring ongoing functionality. Serves as a technical expert and may provide a leadership role for less experienced associates in the work group.
