Key Responsibilities

Own overall frontend architecture strategy for existing B2C digital platforms, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and maintainability

Lead development of a new scalable B2B platform frontend from the ground up using modern technologies and engineering practices

Manage, mentor, and inspire a distributed frontend engineering organization of 20-25 developers, including team leads and senior engineers

Establish frontend standards, architectural guidelines, coding practices, and quality processes through effective reviews and technical leadership

Drive optimization initiatives to ensure high performance, low latency, and reliable user experiences across high-traffic applications

Champion adoption of AI-powered tools and innovative approaches to improve engineering efficiency and product development

Collaborate closely with product, design, backend, and DevOps teams to deliver seamless, real-time customer experiences

Build a culture of accountability, psychological safety, knowledge sharing, and continuous professional growth across the engineering organization

Ensure frontend systems are designed for efficient deployment and scaling within modern cloud environments
