As an IT/OT Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that machines, production systems and business applications communicate efficiently, reliably and securely to support daily manufacturing operations and future digitalization initiatives.

Your objective is simple:
Ensure machines, systems and applications work seamlessly together to support production and industrial performance.
You will act as the connection point between manufacturing operations, engineering teams, industrial systems and external partners.
What you will do:
Ensure production systems run smoothly
- Maintain and improve connections between machines, MES and enterprise systems,
- Troubleshoot technical issues affecting production flows,
- Ensure data reliability and end-to-end traceability,
- Coordinate updates and improvements of industrial systems and equipment/

- Work closely with production, maintenance, quality and engineering teams,
- Provide hands-on support on the shop floor,
- Train users and help simplify operational processes,
- Act as a bridge between technical and operational teams/

- Collaborate with suppliers, system integrators and internal stakeholders,

Who we are looking for
Must-have:

- Good understanding of automation, machinery or industrial equipment,
- Knowledge of industrial IT, networks, protocols and system integration,
- Understanding of servers, infrastructure and industrial connectivity,

- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams,
- Fluent Polish,
- Fluent English.
- Experience with MES systems,
- Experience in electronics manufacturing (EMS),
- Experience in automotive or highly automated production environments,
- Exposure to Industry 4.0, industrial digitalization or connectivity projects,
- Experience working with machine integration projects.
