  • Implement contract testing approaches to validate service interactions within distributed systems.
  • Build performance testing solutions using tools such as JMeter, Gatling, k6, or Locust, including load modeling and results analysis.
  • Apply security testing practices, including dependency scanning, SAST, DAST, and OWASP-based validation.
  • Lead discussions around test strategy, risk-based testing, exploratory testing, and shift-left quality practices.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify quality risks early and improve development workflows.
  • Analyze production issues, perform root-cause investigations, and create automated regression coverage.
  • Improve test coverage, reliability, and feedback cycles through continuous optimization.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and promote strong engineering standards across testing initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation, reporting dashboards, reusable testing tools, and automation libraries.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong software engineering expertise, hands-on automation experience, and the ability to work collaboratively in complex technical environments.
