- Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical discipline.
- Proficiency in writing software in languages such as C# and Python.
- Basic understanding of electronics and electronic circuits.
- Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with hardware engineers and software developers.
- Capability to design, develop, and debug test automation software.
- Familiarity with test stations and test automation concepts.
- Attention to detail and the ability to think creatively to solve technical challenges.
- Experience as a Test Automation Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or Test Engineer.
- Experience with automating electronics test equipment such as digital multimeters (DMMs), oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and vector network analyzers.
- Familiarity with RF measurement concepts and antenna testing.
- Experience using oscilloscopes and other electronic measurement instruments.
- Experience with databases, including SQL and/or NoSQL systems.
- Experience working with test automation software and manufacturing test stations.
- Familiarity with JIRA or similar tools for tracking work and issues.
- Interest in staying current with industry trends in test automation, electronics, and software engineering.
