Key Responsibilities

Own the development of a reliable and scalable platform that connects research systems and improves the overall model development process

Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex research needs into robust technical solutions

Design and develop backend services using primarily Python and Go to support API gateways and experiment platform capabilities

Build scalable APIs, data models, and developer tools that simplify research workflows and improve engineering productivity

Collaborate with research, infrastructure, and platform teams to deliver solutions aligned with evolving technical needs

Develop and maintain the Experiment CLI to enable efficient, agent-driven research workflows

Integrate platform capabilities with existing research infrastructure, including training and evaluation pipelines

Create dashboards and tracking solutions to measure adoption, usage, and platform effectiveness

Technical Skills Required
