Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a campus recruiting strategy and annual calendar focused on relevant universities, academic programs, and technical talent communities

Represent the organization at career fairs, student events, hackathons, information sessions, and other campus engagement opportunities

Build long-term partnerships with career centers, faculty members, and student organizations to strengthen employer presence and talent pipelines

Own end-to-end internship recruiting processes, including role definition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offers, and onboarding coordination

Create systems and processes to track graduating talent, manage candidate relationships, and support conversion from internships into full-time opportunities

Develop return-offer strategies, ambassador programs, and candidate engagement initiatives to improve retention and acceptance rates

Monitor recruiting metrics, including pipeline performance, candidate experience, offer acceptance, and program outcomes

Manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines while continuously improving campus recruiting operations and processes
