Key Responsibilities

Monitor recruiting metrics, including pipeline performance, candidate experience, offer acceptance, and program outcomes
Manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines while continuously improving campus recruiting operations and processes

This role is designed for a strategic and hands-on recruiting professional who can build and scale an impactful campus and early-career talent strategy.

You will own the full lifecycle of university recruiting, from employer branding and campus engagement to intern hiring and onboarding.

Accountabilities

The Senior Talent Partner - Campus/Early Career Recruiting will lead the development and execution of university recruiting initiatives, building scalable programs that attract and retain high-potential early-career talent. This role combines strategic planning, relationship building, operational execution, and employer branding to create a strong talent pipeline.

  • Develop and execute a campus recruiting strategy and annual calendar focused on relevant universities, academic programs, and technical talent communities.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, student events, hackathons, information sessions, and other campus engagement opportunities.
  • Build long-term partnerships with career centers, faculty members, and student organizations to strengthen employer presence and talent pipelines.
  • Own end-to-end internship recruiting processes, including role definition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offers, and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to define internship and early-career hiring needs.
  • Create systems and processes to track graduating talent, manage candidate relationships, and support conversion from internships into full-time opportunities.
  • Develop return-offer strategies, ambassador programs, and candidate engagement initiatives to improve retention and acceptance rates.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics, including pipeline performance, candidate experience, offer acceptance, and program outcomes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in campus recruiting, early-career talent programs, and strategic recruiting operations. They should be highly organized, creative, data-driven, and comfortable representing a technology-focused organization to students, universities, and internal leaders.

  • Experience managing university recruiting, early-career programs, internship hiring, or high-volume recruiting initiatives.
  • Proven ability to build and execute recruiting programs involving multiple stakeholders and fixed deadlines.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to independently manage complex initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with students, faculty, hiring managers, executives, and external partners.
  • Experience using recruiting technologies such as applicant tracking systems, campus recruiting platforms, or talent management tools.
  • Ability to analyze recruiting data, measure program effectiveness, and make data-informed decisions.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable creating processes in a fast-moving environment.
  • Creative approach to employer branding, candidate engagement, and early-career talent attraction.
  • Experience recruiting for highly technical, scientific, engineering, or emerging technology fields is preferred.
  • Existing relationships with university career centers, STEM programs, or student organizations are a plus.
